The registered practical nurse provides professional nursing care to residents and supervises care workers as needed. They are responsible for supporting resident assessments and implementing individualized care plans.
Candidates must have a certificate from the college of nurses of ontario and be a member in good standing. A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences and a passion for people are also required.
