The performance coach will mentor and guide front-Line agents to meet and exceed performance goals by monitoring calls, providing constructive feedback, and supporting staff development. This role also involves assisting with training needs, leading team meetings, and collaborating with operations management for continuous improvement.
Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written english communication skills, with french being a plus, alongside strong reliability and punctuality. The ideal applicant should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and preferably have prior mentoring or coaching experience.
