The program director will lead the planning, implementation, and management of church-Based formation initiatives while developing curricula for practicums and internships. They will also engage with churches and denominations to build partnerships and support student formation.
Candidates must have an earned phd in theology, ministry, education, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in pastoral ministry and curriculum development. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to the christian faith, are essential.
