The shared care counsellor provides psychosocial assessment, consultation, and evidence-Informed counselling interventions to individuals with mental health-Related problems. They work collaboratively within a team to support individuals in their recovery and promote personal wellness.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience providing evidence-Based therapy to adults, with a preference for three to five years. A graduate degree in a health-Related field is required, and candidates should possess relevant certifications and skills in mental health assessment and intervention.
