Provides quality speech-Language pathology services including prevention, identification, evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, counselling, treatment, management, and education of communication and swallowing disorders. Maintains professional accountability and collaborates with other professionals.
A master's degree in speech-Language pathology from an accredited university is required, along with registration with the college of audiologists and speech-Language pathologists of manitoba. Previous experience with the relevant population is preferred, and preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of indigenous customs and languages.
