The monitor/Aide is responsible for providing operational oversight and assisting drivers in the safe operation of routes. They monitor the welfare of passengers, communicate with drivers, and assist in pre-Trip and post-Trip inspections.
Candidates should possess good verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage stress. Early morning availability and problem-Solving skills are also required.
