Provide high-Quality flight instruction to military and civilian students, ensuring safety and proficiency. Conduct both ground and in-Flight training sessions while monitoring and assessing student performance.
Candidates should have over 3000 flight hours with a minimum of 1000 hours of mountain experience. Type ratings on specific aircraft and proficiency in longline operations are also required.
