Current BC Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB) certification. Bachelor’s degree in Education. Formal training and demonstrated experience in special education. Special Education certification is an asset. Excellent understanding of the BC Ministry of Education K–7 program of study. Skill in differentiating instruction and fostering a collaborative, creative environment with faculty and staff. Proficiency in using and teaching assistive technologies. Strong familiarity with Psycho-Educational Assessments and Level B assessment instruments. Commitment to using data and metrics to improve student learning outcomes. Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills. Commitment to excellence in teaching, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.
