Duties: and responsibilities:
As an administrative assistant, you play a vital role in the enrolment and admissions of students to each childcare center. You handle every stage of enrolment management from being the point of contact for prospective families to orientation and start of new students.
Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries from parents and families Create, compile and export files containing all information for each new student Help to plan center events Assist with Brightwheel - our communication platform Process end-of-month reports and distribute new month's paperwork Process and file student files Answer potential families’ questions about facility and amenities Maintain and evaluate audiovisual equipment Traveling may require to different centers on needed basis
Proficient computer skills, eg Google Suite Possesses phone etiquette Ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills Reliable and punctual
Schedule: 8-10 hours per week (Will increase depending on the center's needs) Day shift No weekends
