Provide high-quality clinical speech and language services to children from birth to school entry and their caregivers. Supervise support personnel and collaborate with community partners to promote communication development and early identification of delays.
Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and registration in good standing with CASLPO. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) and anti-racist perspectives.

$45.94 to $51.72 per hour

Strides Toronto Support Services (“Strides Toronto”) Strides Toronto is a multi-service agency supporting infants, children, youth and young adults from birth to age 29, and their families, primarily across east Toronto. We offer community-based, residential and treatment programs—including mental health counselling, autism services, early intervention, day treatment, education, outreach and community support—using a client-centered, evidence-informed approach. Since 2015, Strides Toronto has served as Toronto’s Lead Agency for Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health, partnering with 21 core service providers to provide system leadership, citywide planning, coordinated service delivery and program alignment. This is an existing vacancy for a part-time contract Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP). The SLP provides a range of high-quality clinical services to children and caregivers, as well as refer to and consult with other professionals with the purpose of helping children achieve their optimal communication potential. The SLP provides clinical supervision to Supportive Personnel (i.e., Communicative Disorders Assistants).
