Plan and lead inclusive daily activities for children and youth aged 3-15, including e-sports, art, and science. Ensure camper safety by following health and child protection procedures while maintaining accurate records and professional communication with parents.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to obtain a Police Information and Vulnerable Sector Check. First Aid and CPR-C certification is required or must be obtained, and experience with youth is considered an asset.

Spend your summer making a difference as a Day Camp Counsellor! This program is all about creating fun, safe, and inclusive experiences for children and youth aged 3–15, while building your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. You’ll be at the heart of camp life — planning and leading activities, engaging with campers, and helping create memories that last a lifetime.
This is a contract position from June 18, 2026 to August 21, 2026.
30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Specific hours of work will vary based on program needs.
This role is active and hands-on, with time spent both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You may be asked to be mobile and stationary for extended periods, lift children, equipment, or supplies, and participating in activities with campers. The role also requires handling challenging situations and complaints with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
