Provide direct care and purposeful support to teens with complex disabilities to foster community inclusion and personal growth. Implement person-centered behavior plans and maintain professional documentation to ensure a safe and enriching environment.
Requires a high school diploma and 2-3 years of related experience, or a relevant post-secondary certificate/diploma. Must possess First Aid/CPR Level C, a valid driver's license with a car, and the ability to swim.

Ideally, you have extensive experience working with children, youth and young adults or vulnerable individuals in a health care setting, school, or home setting. You have experience and are confident in supporting individuals who may exhibit behaviours that limit their ability to access or participate in community. You have experience and are confident in providing personal care and medical care needs. Compensation $22.86 to $24.62/ hour depending on experience and education
