Job description

  • Centres for Early Learning includes a group of ten independently owned and operated Child Care Centres throughout the City of Toronto and in Milton, Ontario.

We are hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. This event will follow a structured two-round format designed to help us get to know you better.

Interview Schedule: Morning

Session

Please arrive promptly at 9:00 AM for our morning drop-in interviews. Afternoon

Session

Please arrive by 1:00 PM for the afternoon drop-in interviews. Candidates will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis within each session. Please plan to stay for approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the number of candidates and interview flow.

The Interview Format

  • Within each session, candidates will move through two interview rounds: Round 1 –
  • Initial
  • Screening (Drop-In
  • Style): Once you arrive during your chosen session, you’ll join a queue and participate in a brief meet-and-greet and screening. No appointment is required, but space is limited and candidates are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Round 2 –
  • In-Depth
  • Interview: Candidates who are shortlisted from Round 1 during the same session will be invited to remain for a more detailed interview focused on their experience.
