Core responsibilities
- Assist in curriculum development and instructional media creation.
- Prepare supplementary course materials.
- Reinforce lecture material and practical applications.
- Demonstrate and instruct in student labs.
- Assess student evaluations.
- Supervise students during activities.
- Support research and procurement of educational technology.
- Manage laboratory quality assurance and inventory.
- Supervise technical personnel.
- Support program delivery and administrative duties
Requirements summary
- Graduation from an accredited medical laboratory science program.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Current registration with csmls.
- Minimum 5 years of recent hematology experience.
- Advanced hematology knowledge and skills.
- Teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
- Proficiency with ms office and meeting platforms
