• Assist in curriculum development and instructional media creation.
• Prepare supplementary course materials.
• Reinforce lecture material and practical skills.
• Demonstrate and instruct in labs.

• Supervise students during activities.

• Coordinate quality assurance for lab equipment.

Graduation from an accredited medical laboratory science program, current csmls registration, minimum 5 years of hematology experience, advanced hematology knowledge, teaching or mentoring skills, proficiency with ms office and meeting platforms, effective communication, ability to work independently, professional ethics, and commitment to lifelong learning.
