They must also observe and document children's progress and maintain open communication with families and team members.

Candidates should have experience in an early childhood education setting and hold relevant certifications such as rece, ece, cyw, cyc, eca, or ea. Mandatory requirements include a vulnerable sector check, standard first aid, cpr level c, and updated immunizations.
