Autism Services Therapist

The autism services therapist will deliver individual and group applied behaviour analysis-Based programs for children and youth with autism to develop skills and address interfering behaviors in collaboration with families and team members. Support is also provided to families to promote the generalization and maintenance of skills across different settings.

Candidates should possess a behavioural science advanced diploma, autism and behavioural science graduate certificate, or an honours bachelor degree in psychology or related discipline, or a child and youth worker diploma with demonstrated knowledge of autism and aba. Required abilities include implementing aba-Based programs, knowledge of autism and child development, ability to drive clients in the kingston area, and strong group facilitation skills, with bilingualism in english and french being a requirement.
