This role involves providing individualized, needs-Based, therapeutic respite care for neurodiverse children and youth dealing with mental health challenges. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized respite plans involving educational, recreational, and social services, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining communication with families and management.
A minimum requirement is a high school diploma and current enrollment in a clinically oriented post-Secondary program such as child and youth worker or behavioural science. Current certification in first aid/Cpr and nvci is preferred, along with proficiency in french being an asset.
