Case Manager, Childcare Inclusion Services

The case manager supports various departments by conducting program visits, assessing needs, creating support plans, and facilitating training sessions across hamilton, burlington, and brantford regions. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure quality childcare and camp programs where children feel connected and engaged.

Candidates must possess post-Secondary education in a child-Related field such as child and youth care, counselling, education, or social work, along with a minimum of four years of experience in a childcare setting. Essential requirements include knowledge of child development, ability to plan strategies for children with special needs, strong organizational and problem-Solving skills, and access to reliable personal transportation for travel.
