DRS - Early Childhood Educator 5.00

The early childhood educator will collaboratively support the lead early childhood educator in the pre-Primary program to ensure a supportive and secure environment for young children. This includes supporting the implementation of the nova scotia early learning curriculum framework and contributing to a high-Quality early learning experience.

Candidates must possess a diploma in early childhood education and a minimum of three years of recent experience working with preschool-Aged children. Required competencies include an in-Depth understanding of child development, experience with play-Based pedagogy, and skills in observation, documentation, and assessment.
