CSAP 26-009 - Enseignant(e) accompagnateur(-trice) de l'innovation pédagogique - Regroupement Métro

The primary role is to support and inspire new and experienced teachers in adopting effective pedagogical practices and educational innovation through personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and modeling teaching strategies. This involves fostering a culture of experimentation and collaboration to transform student learning experiences and prepare them for an evolving world.

Candidates must hold a nova scotia teaching certificate and preferably have a master's degree in education, along with a minimum of five years of teaching experience, preferably within the csap or a francophone minority context. Essential skills include excellent communication, collaboration, deep knowledge of effective teaching practices, and demonstrated innovative pedagogical leadership.
