Core responsibilities
The youth employment coach provides intensive, one-On-One employment and life coaching to high-Risk youth through an outreach-First model, supporting them through all stages of employment readiness, job search, placement, and retention. This role involves delivering structured skill-Building modules and collaborating with internal teams to foster long-Term workforce attachment.
Requirements summary
Candidates need a minimum of two years' experience working with high-Risk or marginalized youth, such as those experiencing homelessness or justice involvement, and experience in employment coaching or case management. A diploma or degree in a related field is considered an asset, along with a strong understanding of trauma-Informed and strengths-Based practices.
