RECE or Equivalent- Split Shift Position

The role involves ensuring operational and curriculum requirements are met in compliance with ministry and organizational guidelines, while delivering a developmentally appropriate, play-Based program using specialized early childhood education skills. Responsibilities include engaging children, assisting with daily care needs, completing administrative tasks, and collaborating with team members and parents.

Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in early childhood education or an approved equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and maintain up-To-Date registration with the college of eces if applicable. Essential requirements include having current cpr-C and standard first aid certification, experience with play-Based program design, and the physical stamina to supervise children in various settings.
