This includes helping members achieve goals, ensuring correct form, and understanding the workout science.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be high-Energy individuals passionate about fitness and motivating others on their fitness journey, requiring a group fitness and/Or personal training certification along with cpr/Aed/First aid. The position requires understanding heart-Rate focused training and being able to demonstrate all equipment usage.
