Child and Youth Care Worker

Responsibilities also include supporting youth through presence and accountability, creating joyful moments, documenting activities, and collaborating on individualized therapeutic plans.

Candidates must possess a deep passion for supporting youth with complex needs, demonstrating patience, calmness, and a balance of playfulness and structure. Required compliance includes owning a reliable 4-Door vehicle, holding an alberta class 5 driver's license with a clear abstract, current first aid/Cpr c, $2 million liability insurance, and clear criminal record and intervention record checks.
