Core responsibilities
The activity leader will collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive environment, providing individualized support and modeling positive behavior for children with diverse needs. Responsibilities also include contributing to care plans and helping maintain appropriate staff-To-Child ratios to ensure all children feel included and supported.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 19 years old and possess experience working with children aged 5 to 12 years old. Required documentation includes emergency first aid, cpr-C & aed certification, three satisfactory references, and a recent criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search.
