Program Specialist - Dance Child/Youth

The role involves developing skill-Level appropriate lesson plans for 8 to 10 week classes, preparing the classroom setting, and facilitating engaging creative dance and performing arts activities for students of all ages. Instructors must actively ensure the safety, well-Being, and development of students while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have completed grade 12, demonstrating technical knowledge across various dance styles like ballet, hip hop, and jazz, along with experience teaching recreational dance classes to all ages. Successful hiring is contingent upon a satisfactory police information check including a vulnerable sector check and possession of current standard first aid, cpr-C, and aed certifications.
