The residence life coordinator staff is responsible for broad residential community oversight, educational programming, and facilities management for approximately 2,200 students, while co-Supervising resident advisors and directly supervising service desk student employees. Responsibilities include providing educational programs, customer service, counseling referrals, and crisis response, often dealing with complex and sensitive situations requiring sound professional judgment.
A minimum requirement is graduation from a four-Year college or university in a behavioral science, public/Business administration, or related field, plus two years of full-Time professional experience in student services or a related field. A master's degree in a job-Related field can substitute for one year of professional experience.
