The analyst provides research, analysis, and strategic coordination to support provincial initiatives focused on promoting safe and inclusive learning environments. Key duties include supporting the development and evaluation of cross-Ministry strategic frameworks and operational plans addressing complex issues like mental health and bullying prevention.
Candidates must have a university graduation in a relevant field (Education, public policy, social sciences, etc.) supplemented by two years of experience in research, policy analysis, program evaluation, or strategic initiatives. Required abilities include synthesizing complex information, analyzing policies within the system context, and strong communication and coordination skills.
