The role involves providing intensive and personalized support to a client both in their living environment and within the community, focusing on integration and achieving life goals. A key responsibility is ensuring the proper implementation of behavioral support plans.

Candidates must possess a college diploma or bachelor's degree in specialized education, social service, social work, or a related field, along with one to three years of experience working with vulnerable populations. Applicants must also be bilingual (Oral and written) and possess a valid driver's license and a car.
