Candidates must possess a college diploma or bachelor's degree in specialized education, social service, or social work, along with one to three years of experience intervening with vulnerable persons. Essential requirements include being bilingual, having a valid driver's license and car, and possessing knowledge/Experience related to attachment and trauma.
