The role involves daily support for adults with intellectual disabilities to facilitate their integration into the community and provide meaningful daily activities, including outings and farm/Workshop tasks.

Candidates must possess a college diploma or bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with one to three years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals. Applicants must also be bilingual, hold a valid driver's license, and have access to a car.
