Early Childhood Assistant - Mundy's Bay Inclusion

The assistant teacher will provide direct personal care to children, including toileting, first aid, and medication administration, while actively ensuring their safety and supervision in a group setting. This role also involves planning and implementing play-Based learning according to the ymca curriculum and maintaining positive communication with families and staff.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess or be willing to obtain standard first aid and cpr (Level c) certification within 90 days, along with a satisfactory vulnerable sector check and up-To-Date immunizations. Essential requirements include a passion for working with children, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outdoors daily in all weather conditions.
