Clinical Placement Lead

The clinical placement lead manages all aspects of clinical placements for the midwifery programs, including planning, implementation, and building relationships with clinical faculty members in a distributed program environment. This role involves overseeing student surveys, managing training certifications with health authorities, and leading preceptor recruitment and retention efforts.

A minimum requirement includes a university degree in a relevant discipline and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications strongly suggest background knowledge in midwifery practice, maturity, diplomacy, negotiation skills, and experience in health professional education.
