Student Advising Supervisor

The student advising supervisor provides guidance and administrative oversight for undergraduate students in the department of physics, ensuring accurate advising aligned with program requirements. This role includes coordinating departmental orientation, evaluating graduation requirements, and supervising support staff.

An undergraduate degree in physics or a related scientific discipline is preferred, along with experience in university undergraduate student affairs and supervisory experience. Strong communication skills in both english and french are essential.
