Project Facilitator - Youth Employment

The project facilitator will design, deliver, and support training and career exploration programs for newcomer youth aged 16–24, focusing on empowering them to achieve their employment goals. Key duties include developing curriculum, conducting needs assessments, facilitating group training, and coordinating mentoring and networking events.

Candidates must possess post-Secondary education in relevant fields like social sciences or social work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with 1-2 years of related human services work, preferably in youth employment. Applicants also need knowledge of issues affecting immigrant and refugee communities and proficiency in ms office and videoconferencing tools.
