The assistant coach will assist with various aspects of the offense and student-Athlete development, including skill analysis, development, and collaboration on team tactics and offensive strategy. This role also involves coordinating recruiting efforts, academic development support, and assisting with off-Season training and event coordination.
Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree plus 3 years of experience in post-Secondary or professional football, demonstrating familiarity with high-Performance sport demands and university athletic governance. Essential requirements include proven leadership, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in video analysis and recruiting software, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
