WLIC - UX100 : Design Thinking I: Foundations (Spring 2026)

The instructor will provide engaging and interactive course instruction for an introduction to design thinking theories and methods, covering the design process, visual analysis, and socio-Cultural implications of design. Responsibilities also include managing hyflex delivery, utilizing course management systems, providing timely feedback, and supporting academic integrity.

Required qualifications include a master's degree and demonstrated experience teaching the ideo or stanford d.school method of design thinking, along with professional experience using design thinking in ux practice. Applicants must have three or more years of experience teaching design thinking at the college/University level and three or more years of professional ux or user-Centered design experience.
