Additionally, the advisor must conduct environmental scanning of the labour market and coordinate resources, including supporting or facilitating workshops based on client needs and trends.

Candidates need some post-Secondary education in career advising or equivalent, coupled with over three years of direct experience in a related career development role, though an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Essential requirements include over three years of client relations experience with diverse demographics and expertise in pre-Employment skills like job search techniques, resume/Cover letter creation, and interview preparation.
