Career Advisor

The career advisor provides comprehensive pre-Employment support, including resume development, application assistance, and interview preparation, while utilizing assessment tools to help clients analyze career exploration information. They will also conduct environmental scanning of the labour market and support or facilitate workshops based on identified client needs and trends.

Candidates need some post-Secondary education in career advising or equivalent, plus over three years of experience in a directly related career development role, though an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Required expertise includes over three years in client relations with diverse demographics and proficiency in pre-Employment skills like job search techniques, resume writing, and interview preparation.
