Facilitator

The facilitator will plan, coordinate, and deliver group-Based workshops on pre-Employment topics while providing career coaching to clients. They are also responsible for maintaining client records, conducting labour market research, and collaborating with internal teams to support client success.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in career development or a similar role, along with some post-Secondary education in a related field. Proficiency in microsoft office, strong communication skills, and experience in adult learning or facilitation are essential for this position.
