Camp Program Staff - Camp Otonabee (Seasonal)

The program staff implements and facilitates the delivery of quality recreational programs and services for children and youth aged 4 to 16 at camp otonabee, functioning as part of a team to supervise participants during outdoor activities. Key tasks include ensuring participants have a positive experience through fun and rewarding recreation, maintaining participant safety and well-Being, and performing necessary housekeeping duties like equipment sanitation.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old by june 2026 and possess a current standard first aid and cpr "c" certification, along with a valid permit to work in canada and a recent police record check. Desired qualifications include relevant certifications like national lifeguard, bronze cross, or paddle canada, alongside strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
