Registered Early Childhood Educator (FT Contract)

Core responsibilities
The educator is responsible for implementing the program for a specific age group, ensuring it meets individual child needs, interests, and learning pace based on program policies and the y playing to learn curriculum. This role involves fostering self-Esteem and problem-Solving skills in children while maintaining professional communication with staff and parents and adhering to all ymca policies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an early childhood educator (Ece) diploma or recognized equivalency and be fluent in english, both orally and in writing. Required qualifications include current membership in good standing with the college of early childhood educators of ontario, a minimum of two years of experience working with children, and current standard first aid and cpr "c" certification.
