Maintenance (Cleaner)

The maintenance cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas within the nursing laboratories, while also performing light maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and functional environment. Key duties include routine cleaning, addressing minor repairs, monitoring supplies, and ensuring building access systems are secure during lab operation periods.

Candidates must have proven experience in building maintenance, including knowledge of repair practices and preventative maintenance methods, and must possess a driver's license and vehicle. Familiarity with cleaning supplies, safety protocols, and material safety data sheets is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
