Child Care Aide | West 85th Campus

The child care aide will provide direct support to children, ensuring their safety and engagement while assisting with daily care routines and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities also include observing and documenting child behavior, assisting in implementing individualized support strategies, and collaborating with educators and staff.

A high school diploma is required, though preferred qualifications include early childhood education level 1 or related certificates/Diplomas. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with developmental delays or special needs, along with current first aid & cpr certification.
