The primary role involves coordinating all activities for the bets program and supporting the e co-Op entrepreneurial environment to ensure successful student work term experiences, either with start-Ups or managing their own ventures. This includes recruiting employers, matching students, tracking progress, developing workshops, overseeing operations, preparing reports, and supporting the capstone design competition.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to forming new ventures or technology business, along with experience in creating new ventures, strong human relations skills for advising students and engaging the business community, and excellent time management abilities. A master's degree is preferred.
