This role also involves significant administrative support for workshops, presentations, and other assigned projects.
Candidates must possess a college diploma or equivalent education/Experience, with a university degree preferred, alongside at least one year of customer service experience that includes handling difficult clients and de-Escalation. Required abilities include superior customer service orientation, strong communication, effective probing/Triaging skills, and computer literacy in standard office software like ms office.
