The family wellness coach is responsible for building positive relationships with families, providing in vivo family/Parent support, second-Line stabilization, intervention, and preservation services, often working directly in family homes. This role also involves completing required administrative functions, coordinating services, and advocating for the family's reunification or permanency.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of front-Line experience in human services and demonstrate strong critical thinking and organizational skills, along with knowledge of various therapeutic practices. Employment requirements include a valid class 5 driver's license, proven driving history, and proof of covid-19 vaccination.
