Camp Counsellor - Inclusion Support Staff

The inclusion support staff will provide one-On-One support to children with disabilities to ensure their full inclusion in camp activities, which includes modifying programs and assisting with self-Care needs when necessary. This role also involves acting as a liaison between parents, participants, and staff to facilitate communication and problem-Solving regarding participant inclusion.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old and possess a leader in training certificate or equivalent, along with high five phcd and standard first aid and cpr c certifications. Required skills include strong leadership, communication, organization, decision-Making abilities, and a proven eagerness to work with children with disabilities.
