Duties include scheduled contact time with students and non-Classroom time such as lecture preparation, student consultation, marking, grading, and course administration, including handling grade appeals and academic dishonesty cases.
Applicants must possess an ma or phd in a humanities or social science discipline focusing on the social implications of digital technology, or be senior doctoral candidates if no qualified applicants are found. Required qualifications also include demonstrated teaching effectiveness in large online courses and familiarity with online learning management systems.
